Hortons Creek Elementary is a school where every Hawk is known, valued, challenged, and loved well. Guided by our Hortons Creek Creed and our core beliefs — #otherhawksmatter, #hawksdoitdifferent, and #togetherisbetter — we work to create a joyful, rigorous, and deeply human school experience. Together, we help students belong, grow, lead, and shine.

We believe school should be a place where students do more than complete assignments or prepare for the next grade level. School should be a place where children learn who they are, how they matter, and how they can make a difference in the world around them.
